I’ve already submitted my order, but I need to make a change! What do I do? Is it too late?
We process our orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to adjust or cancel an order is to send an email at support@blowbrusher.co.uk
I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?
If you have changed your mind about your order, please email us ASAP to change the order and we will help sort something out. Please note that once an order is placed you cannot cancel. Once orders are placed, it goes directly to our processing team as they queue it up for shipment.
How long does shipping take?
We pack and ship out orders between 3-5 business days and you should receive. We'll send you a tracking number to track your order once shipped. We're here 24/7 for any enquiries regarding your order(s).
Some items may be coming from outside of UK and may take up to 21 days to deliver.
What is your return Policy?
Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days of the buyer receiving the item, OR if an item is on sale. Please see our return policy for more. However, all returns made should be in perfect condition and the return postage be paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships!

We accept payment via PayPal and all major Credit and debit Cards, Klarna, Googlepay and Apple pay.
