We use Australia post for Australia and New Zealand and Royalmail for UK.

No, all orders are shipped locally and DO NOT incur any custom charges.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email notification when your order ships!
